The NEKOAN Valley Gentle-Control Dog Head Halter uses an adjustable nose loop and neck straps to help guide direction during supervised walking and training. Soft padding, reflective stitching and lightweight woven construction make up a practical everyday design.

Introduce the halter gradually through short, positive sessions and check the muzzle and neck fit before a full walk. Choose the head halter alone or a coordinated set with a shock-absorbing leash and optional martingale collar. It is a walking aid, not a muzzle, and should be handled without sudden or forceful leash corrections.

HOW TO MEASURE

NOSE CIRCUMFERENCE

Measure around the widest part of your dog’s muzzle, positioned just below the eyes.

NECK CIRCUMFERENCE

Measure around the base of your dog’s neck where the neck strap will naturally sit.

The head halter should fit closely without feeling tight. You should be able to place one finger comfortably beneath the straps.

FIT NOTES

• Choose the size according to your dog’s actual nose and neck measurements rather than weight alone.
• If your dog is between sizes or has a particularly broad neck, choose the larger size.
• Not recommended for very short-nosed breeds such as French Bulldogs or Pugs.
• Introduce the head halter gradually through short, positive sessions before using it on a full walk.
• Always check that the nose loop cannot slide over your dog’s nose before walking.

MATERIAL & CARE

Orders are currently dispatched from China. Most standard products are dispatched within 2 business days after payment. For customized or made-to-order products, please contact us before ordering. Production and dispatch times are confirmed individually with you.

Estimated transit time is 7–9 business days after dispatch, separate from processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Returns & Refunds

For eligible non-personalized goods, notify us at support@nekoan.com within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered, then send the goods back within 14 days after notice. Contact us for the correct return address before posting; do not use the dispatch address.

For change-of-mind returns or a size selected incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays the actual direct return postage. We do not charge a fixed return-postage fee or a restocking fee. Necessary return or replacement shipping costs for a confirmed defect or our error are covered by us.

Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Being handmade or produced after an order is placed does not automatically make a standard item non-returnable. Rights for damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected.

Is this a muzzle?
No. The Valley Head Halter is a walking and training aid, not a muzzle.

How do I choose a size?
Measure muzzle and neck circumference and compare both with the S–L guide. Use weight only as a reference. The supplied guide recommends the larger size if your dog is between sizes or has a broad neck.

Is it suitable for short-nosed dogs?
The supplied information does not recommend it for very short-nosed breeds such as French Bulldogs or Pugs.

What is included?
