Keep your companion close during everyday outings. This padded pet carrier can be worn on the front or back, with an open design that leaves your cat or small dog’s head and legs outside the carrier.

A foam-padded base provides a cushioned sitting area, while wide shoulder straps help spread the carrying load. Medium and large sizes include a waist belt for additional support; the small size does not.

Wear it at the front to keep your companion within view during walks, pet-friendly shopping trips and relaxed outings. The side zip opens the carrier for easier entry.

The 600D matte PVC and PU synthetic leather outer can be wiped clean after an outing. An included waste bag pouch keeps a small essential nearby, while the carry loop and foldable design make storage straightforward.

Size & Fit

Available in S, M and L. Measure back length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail before choosing a size. Use weight as a guide alongside back length and body proportions.

Check that the seat, upper opening and leg openings fit comfortably without restricting your pet’s neck, chest or movement. If between sizes, choose the larger size and check the overall fit.

Small has no waist belt. Medium and large include a waist belt for additional wearer support.

Introduce the carrier gradually with short, supervised sessions before an outing.

MATERIAL & CARE

Materials

Outer: 600D matte PVC and PU synthetic leather. Internal foam cushioning, with foam padding at the base and padded wearer-contact areas.

Care

Wipe away everyday dirt with a damp cloth. For heavier marks, gently clean with a soft brush and a small amount of mild, neutral detergent, then wipe away any residue with clean water. Air dry in a shaded, well-ventilated place. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or leave in direct sunlight. Remove loose pet hair with a lint roller. Once fully dry, fold or hang for storage.

Standard shipping is free on orders of US$100 or more; orders below US$100 have a flat US$8 shipping fee. Local-currency equivalents and available destinations are shown at checkout.

Orders are currently dispatched from China. Most standard products are dispatched within 2 business days after payment. For customized or made-to-order products, please contact us before ordering. Production and dispatch times are confirmed individually with you.

Estimated transit time is 7–9 business days after dispatch, separate from processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

For eligible EU and US orders, applicable VAT, import duties and customs clearance charges are included. Additional charges may apply for other destinations. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns & Refunds

For eligible non-personalized goods, notify us at support@nekoan.com within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered, then send the goods back within 14 days after notice. Contact us for the correct return address before posting; do not use the dispatch address.

For change-of-mind returns or a size selected incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays the actual direct return postage. We do not charge a fixed return-postage fee or a restocking fee. Necessary return or replacement shipping costs for a confirmed defect or our error are covered by us.

Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Being handmade or produced after an order is placed does not automatically make a standard item non-returnable. Rights for damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected.

UK and EU statutory withdrawals require a clear notice, not prior approval or a reason. For item-condition rules, original delivery-charge reimbursement and refund times, see our Return & Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Can I wear it on the front and back?

Yes. The carrier supports both front and back carrying positions. Front carry keeps your companion within view.

Is it suitable for cats and small dogs?

It is designed for cats and small dogs whose measurements and body proportions fit the carrier. The head and legs remain outside, so introduce this open style gradually and check your pet’s comfort.

Do all sizes include a waist belt?

No. Medium and large sizes include a waist belt. Small does not.

How do I choose a size?

Measure back length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, then consider weight and body proportions together. Check the fit around the seat, upper opening and legs. Choose the larger size if between sizes and confirm the overall fit.

Can I use it for travel and hiking?

Use it for short trips, everyday outings and carrying breaks on easy hikes. Build up gradually, take regular breaks and check your pet’s comfort. It is not intended as a substitute for a specialist carrier for demanding hikes or all-day carrying.

How do I clean the carrier?

Spot clean with a damp cloth, or gently brush soiled areas with mild, neutral detergent and wipe clean. Air dry in the shade. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
