PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A small slipper made for curious paws. This vegan cat chew toy combines natural loofah with silvervine sticks and gall fruit, bringing together an interesting texture and an inviting botanical scent.

The slipper shape gives cats something to hold, bat and investigate during supervised play. Loofah fibres offer a textured chewing surface, and the gentle friction of chewing may help clean tooth surfaces as part of everyday play.

Made without glue, it is a simple addition to your cat’s toy collection. Each item contains one slipper-shaped toy; choose two to make a pair. Each cat responds differently to silvervine, so allow yours to explore at their own pace.

MATERIAL & CARE

Materials

Natural loofah, silvervine sticks and silvervine gall fruit. The complete toy is vegan and assembled without glue.

Care

For light surface dirt, wipe with a damp cloth. Wash with water when needed, keeping in mind that washing may weaken the silvervine scent and reduce your cat’s interest.

After washing, allow the toy to air dry completely in a shaded, well-ventilated place. Avoid strong direct sunlight and tumble drying.

Check regularly for loose components or significant wear. Replace the toy if damaged. This is a chew toy, not an edible treat; supervise play and remove detached pieces.

Standard shipping is free on orders of US$100 or more; orders below US$100 have a flat US$8 shipping fee. Local-currency equivalents and available destinations are shown at checkout.

Orders are currently dispatched from China. Most standard products are dispatched within 2 business days after payment. For customized or made-to-order products, please contact us before ordering. Production and dispatch times are confirmed individually with you.

Estimated transit time is 7–9 business days after dispatch, separate from processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

For eligible EU and US orders, applicable VAT, import duties and customs clearance charges are included. Additional charges may apply for other destinations. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns & Refunds

For eligible non-personalized goods, notify us at support@nekoan.com within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered, then send the goods back within 14 days after notice. Contact us for the correct return address before posting; do not use the dispatch address.

For change-of-mind returns or a size selected incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays the actual direct return postage. We do not charge a fixed return-postage fee or a restocking fee. Necessary return or replacement shipping costs for a confirmed defect or our error are covered by us.

Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Being handmade or produced after an order is placed does not automatically make a standard item non-returnable. Rights for damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected.

UK and EU statutory withdrawals require a clear notice, not prior approval or a reason. For item-condition rules, original delivery-charge reimbursement and refund times, see our Return & Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

FAQ

Is the entire toy vegan?

Yes. The complete toy contains no animal-derived components and is assembled without glue.

Will every cat respond to the silvervine scent?

Responses vary. Some cats enjoy sniffing, rubbing, holding or chewing the toy, while others show less interest. Allow your cat to approach it at their own pace.

Can kittens use it?

It is suitable for cats aged 2 months and over. Supervise play, especially when a kitten is exploring the toy for the first time.

Can I wash it?

Yes. Wipe minor dirt with a damp cloth, or wash with water when needed. Washing may weaken the scent. Air dry completely in a shaded, ventilated place; do not tumble dry.

Can it help clean my cat’s teeth?

Chewing on the textured loofah may help clean tooth surfaces through gentle friction during play. It does not replace regular toothbrushing. If your cat has substantial plaque or tartar buildup, consult a veterinarian for appropriate dental care.

Does an order include one slipper or two?

Each item contains one slipper-shaped toy, approximately 15 × 6 cm. To purchase a pair, choose two toys. The photographs may show more than one toy.
