The adjustable nylon shoulder strap lets you refine the carrying position, while the open top keeps your companion within view. Adjust the drawcord opening for a comfortable fit and connect the internal clip to a properly fitted harness.

Grooming Visits & Veterinary Appointments

Carry your companion close when arriving for grooming or a veterinary appointment. The soft construction offers a flexible resting space without a rigid base board. Check the destination’s carrier requirements before travelling.

Size & Fit

The supplier recommends a maximum cat or dog weight of 9 kg. Weight alone does not determine fit: also consider body size, resting position and your own carrying comfort.

Adjust the shoulder strap so the sling rests close to your body. Leave comfortable space around the top opening without tightening it against your companion’s neck. Connect the internal clip to a properly fitted harness.

The soft base has no rigid board. Heavier cats and dogs may feel less supported, and longer carrying periods can become tiring for the wearer. Begin with short, supervised sessions to check fit and comfort.

Package Options

Sling Only includes the sling. Sling + Absorbent Pad includes the sling and one reusable absorbent pad. The pad is included only when that option is selected.

Care

For everyday marks, wipe with a soft, damp cloth. For more stubborn dirt, gently brush with a small amount of mild, neutral detergent and rinse clean.

For machine washing, place the bag in a laundry bag and use cold water on a gentle or delicate cycle. Air dry naturally in a shaded, well-ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight and do not tumble dry.

Remove loose cat or dog hair with a lint roller or damp cloth.

Standard shipping is free on orders of US$100 or more; orders below US$100 have a flat US$8 shipping fee. Local-currency equivalents and available destinations are shown at checkout.

Orders are currently dispatched from China. Most standard products are dispatched within 2 business days after payment. For customized or made-to-order products, please contact us before ordering. Production and dispatch times are confirmed individually with you.

Estimated transit time is 7–9 business days after dispatch, separate from processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

For eligible EU and US orders, applicable VAT, import duties and customs clearance charges are included. Additional charges may apply for other destinations. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns & Refunds

For eligible non-personalized goods, notify us at support@nekoan.com within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered, then send the goods back within 14 days after notice. Contact us for the correct return address before posting; do not use the dispatch address.

For change-of-mind returns or a size selected incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays the actual direct return postage. We do not charge a fixed return-postage fee or a restocking fee. Necessary return or replacement shipping costs for a confirmed defect or our error are covered by us.

Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Being handmade or produced after an order is placed does not automatically make a standard item non-returnable. Rights for damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected.

UK and EU statutory withdrawals require a clear notice, not prior approval or a reason. For item-condition rules, original delivery-charge reimbursement and refund times, see our Return & Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

FAQ

Is this sling suitable for cats and small dogs?

Yes, provided their size and body proportions fit comfortably. The supplier recommends a maximum weight of 9 kg, but weight alone does not determine suitability.

Does it have a rigid base?

No. The sling has a soft, flexible base without a rigid support board.

How does the opening adjust?

A top drawcord adjusts the opening around your companion. An internal clip connects to a properly fitted harness. Check the opening, strap and clip before each outing.

Is the nylon outer waterproof?

The outer fabric is water-resistant and easy to wipe clean. The open top leaves your companion exposed, so the sling should not be relied on to keep them dry in rain.

What outings is it suited to?

Neighbourhood walks, pet-friendly shopping trips, short journeys and grooming arrivals. For veterinary appointments, check the clinic’s carrier requirements before travelling.

Can I machine wash the bag?
