PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Classic Plaid for Chilly-Day Walks

The NEKOAN English Country Bouclé Plaid Dog Coat brings a little British countryside charm to everyday walks. Textured bouclé fabric, classic plaid and contrast trim give it a cozy, vintage-inspired look with a little gentleman flair.

The sleeveless cut adds coverage across the back and chest while leaving the legs free to move. Snap closures make dressing straightforward, and the durable, wrinkle-resistant polyester fabric is easy to care for between outings.

Depending on the size selected and your dog’s measurements, the coat may suit Yorkshire Terriers, Chihuahuas, Miniature Pinschers, Poodles, Pomeranians, Schnauzers, Bichon Frises, West Highland White Terriers, French Bulldogs, Shiba Inus, Corgis, Bulldogs, Border Collies, Golden Retrievers, Labrador Retrievers, Alaskan Malamutes and Samoyeds.

Measure your dog’s neck, chest and back length and compare all three with the size chart before ordering. Leave comfortable room for movement and fur. For dogs between sizes, with a broad chest or with a thick coat, consider the larger size while checking that the coat remains comfortably in place.

After washing, gently press out excess water and reshape. Lay flat to dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight and high-heat drying.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

Standard shipping is free on orders of US$100 or more; orders below US$100 have a flat US$8 shipping fee. Local-currency equivalents and available destinations are shown at checkout.

Orders are currently dispatched from China. Most standard products are dispatched within 2 business days after payment. For customized or made-to-order products, please contact us before ordering. Production and dispatch times are confirmed individually with you.

Estimated transit time is 7–9 business days after dispatch, separate from processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

For eligible EU and US orders, applicable VAT, import duties and customs clearance charges are included. Additional charges may apply for other destinations. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns & Refunds

For eligible non-personalized goods, notify us at support@nekoan.com within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered, then send the goods back within 14 days after notice. Contact us for the correct return address before posting; do not use the dispatch address.

For change-of-mind returns or a size selected incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays the actual direct return postage. We do not charge a fixed return-postage fee or a restocking fee. Necessary return or replacement shipping costs for a confirmed defect or our error are covered by us.

Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Being handmade or produced after an order is placed does not automatically make a standard item non-returnable. Rights for damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected.

UK and EU statutory withdrawals require a clear notice, not prior approval or a reason. For item-condition rules, original delivery-charge reimbursement and refund times, see our Return & Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

FAQ

How do I choose the right size?
Use your dog’s neck, chest and back measurements together. Chest fit is especially important. Weight and breed examples are references only; the same weight can correspond to different body shapes.

Is the coat adjustable?
Hook-and-loop fastenings at the neck and body allow adjustment. Choose a size that fits within the guide’s ranges, leaving room for comfortable movement.

Is the textured fabric real wool?
The main material is polyester. The curled texture describes the appearance rather than a wool fibre content.

Can I attach a leash to the coat?
A metal D-ring is shown on the back. Its load rating has not been provided; use a separate, properly fitted walking harness when your dog pulls or needs secure restraint.

Is it suitable for winter?
The coat adds a warm layer for cooler outings. Comfort depends on the weather, your dog’s natural coat and activity. Monitor your dog and adjust wear time accordingly.

How should I clean it?
Follow the garment’s care label. Spot clean for everyday care; if washing is permitted, use cool water and mild detergent, then air dry away from direct heat.
