PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A Place to Scratch, Explore and Settle

The Nekoan Pyramid Cardboard Cat House & Scratcher brings scratching, climbing and resting together in a distinctive geometric form. Closely layered corrugated cardboard creates textured surfaces for clawing, while the stepped exterior gives your cat places to explore.

Inside, a sheltered space offers somewhere to hide or curl up between activities. The natural cardboard finish and visible layers give this indoor cat house a simple, sculptural character.

Assembly is required. Slot the sections together and secure the connections with the included double-sided adhesive—no additional assembly materials need to be purchased.

Recommended for cats up to 6 kg / 13.2 lbs. Cardboard gradually wears with scratching, and small flakes may shed during use. Clear away loose pieces and check the connections regularly.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Key Features

Corrugated scratching surfaces: Exposed cardboard edges provide texture for daily clawing.

Stepped exterior: Supports climbing and standing for cats within the recommended weight range.

Sheltered interior: A hollow centre creates space for hiding and resting.

Combined design: Brings a scratcher, hideaway and climbing structure into one piece of indoor cat furniture.

Slot-together construction: Sections are assembled with the supplied double-sided adhesive.

Consumable material: The cardboard will gradually wear; lifespan depends on scratching intensity and frequency of use.

Size & Fit

External dimensions: 48 × 40 × 22 cm / 18.9 × 15.7 × 8.7 in.
Internal dimensions: approximately 30 × 30 × 20 cm / 11.8 × 11.8 × 7.9 in.
Entrance opening: approximately 20 cm wide × 18 cm high / 7.9 × 7.1 in.
Recommended cat weight: up to 6 kg / 13.2 lbs.

Compare the entrance and internal dimensions with your cat’s body size and usual resting position. Your cat should be able to enter and leave comfortably.

The recommended weight range applies to resting and climbing use. It is not an independently tested load rating. Allow approximately 1–3 cm variation from manual measurement.

FAQ

Is this a cat scratcher or a cat house?

It combines both, with corrugated scratching surfaces and a sheltered interior for hiding and resting. The stepped exterior also allows climbing.

Can my cat climb on it?

Yes. Cats up to 6 kg / 13.2 lbs can use the exterior for climbing and standing when the house is correctly assembled and the connections are secure.

Does it need assembly, and is adhesive included?

Yes. Slot the cardboard sections together and secure them with the included double-sided adhesive. No additional assembly materials need to be purchased.

Will it shed cardboard flakes?

A small amount of shedding is normal during scratching. Cardboard gradually wears with use; vacuum away loose pieces regularly.

Can I wash it?

No. Keep the cardboard dry and use a vacuum for routine cleaning. Do not wash or soak it.

What size cat is it suitable for?

Recommended for cats up to 6 kg / 13.2 lbs. The entrance is approximately 20 × 18 cm, and the interior is approximately 30 × 30 × 20 cm. Compare these measurements with your cat’s individual proportions.
