Genuine leather naturally displays variations in grain, texture, tone and surface markings. These characteristics are not defects; they are part of the material’s identity and make every handcrafted piece unique.

Leather may gradually develop a softer texture and richer patina through regular use.

• Keep the leash away from prolonged rain, soaking and excessive humidity.
• Do not clean the leather with alcohol, bleach or chemical detergents.
• Wipe gently with a clean, soft and dry cloth after use.
• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and high heat.
• Keep light-coloured leather away from dark denim and strongly dyed fabrics.
• Apply a suitable neutral leather conditioner occasionally.
• Allow damp leather to dry naturally—never use a hair dryer or heater.

Which size should I choose?

S has a 3 m retractable length and is recommended for dogs up to 12 kg. M has a 5 m length and is recommended for dogs from 13–25 kg. Consider your dog’s weight, strength and walking habits.

Is the exterior genuine leather?

Yes. The casing and grip are covered with genuine cowhide, individually cut, wrapped, stitched and finished.

Can I request a custom colour?

Select Custom Colour and contact us before placing your order. Provide your preferred colour, leash size and any references. Leather availability and colour direction must be confirmed before production.

Can I return a custom-colour order?

Goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized are excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. A standard product is not automatically excluded just because it is handmade or produced after an order is placed. For eligible non-personalized products, notify us within 14 days after delivery and send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. Will every leather surface look identical?

No. Natural grain, texture, tone and surface markings vary between pieces.

How should I care for the leather?

Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Avoid prolonged rain, soaking, alcohol, bleach, high heat and strong dyes. Allow damp leather to dry naturally and use a suitable neutral leather conditioner occasionally.
