The NEKOAN Foldable Dog Travel Mat creates a familiar resting place at home, in the car or during everyday outings with a dog or cat. Its lightly cushioned construction and concentric quilting provide gentle comfort on hard and cold surfaces.

Unroll the mat at your destination, then roll it up, secure the built-in fastening and carry it using the integrated handle. The splash-resistant exterior is easy to wipe between journeys, and the mat can be machine washed on a gentle cycle. Keep it out of standing water and prolonged heavy rain.

HOW TO USE
Release the fastening and unroll on a clean, reasonably level surface. Remove loose dirt and moisture after use. Once fully dry, roll from one end, secure the fastening and use the carry handle.

USE & CARE LIMITS
The surface is splash resistant, not completely waterproof. Do not leave in standing water or expose to prolonged heavy rain. Check seams, handle and fastening regularly and discontinue use if significantly damaged.

MATERIAL & CARE

Construction: Lightly cushioned quilted fabric with a splash-resistant exterior. Exact fabric and filling composition are not specified in the supplied product information.

Shake or brush away loose dirt after use.

Wipe small marks and spills with a damp cloth.

Standard shipping is free on orders of US$100 or more; orders below US$100 have a flat US$8 shipping fee. Local-currency equivalents and available destinations are shown at checkout.

Orders are currently dispatched from China. Most standard products are dispatched within 2 business days after payment. For customized or made-to-order products, please contact us before ordering. Production and dispatch times are confirmed individually with you.

Estimated transit time is 7–9 business days after dispatch, separate from processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Returns & Refunds

For eligible non-personalized goods, notify us at support@nekoan.com within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered, then send the goods back within 14 days after notice. Contact us for the correct return address before posting; do not use the dispatch address.

For change-of-mind returns or a size selected incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays the actual direct return postage. We do not charge a fixed return-postage fee or a restocking fee. Necessary return or replacement shipping costs for a confirmed defect or our error are covered by us.

Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Being handmade or produced after an order is placed does not automatically make a standard item non-returnable. Rights for damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected.
