PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Classic Fair Isle Style, Cozy Winter Comfort

Give chilly walks a cozy upgrade with the NEKOAN Fair Isle Fleece-Lined Dog Vest. A classic Fair Isle pattern in warm earth tones brings a timeless seasonal look, while the thick fleece lining adds a soft, warm layer for fall and winter outings.

The durable polyester outer helps the vest hold its shape through everyday wear. An underbelly zipper opens the vest for dressing, and the sleeveless cut leaves the front legs free to move on neighborhood walks and outdoor breaks.

Designed for small and medium dogs, this fleece-lined vest may suit Yorkshire Terriers, Chihuahuas, Miniature Pinschers, Poodles, Pomeranians, Schnauzers, Bichon Frises, West Highland White Terriers, French Bulldogs, Shiba Inus and Corgis, as well as Border Collie puppies, depending on individual measurements.

Before ordering, measure your dog’s neck, chest and back length and compare them with the size chart. Leave comfortable room for movement and fur. If your dog is between sizes, broad-chested or has a thick coat, consider the larger size while checking that the neckline and armholes still fit comfortably.

The vest leaves part of the underside uncovered. Cold-sensitive dogs may benefit from a thin base layer underneath; check the fit again when layering. Remove the vest in warm indoor spaces to keep your dog comfortable.

FAQ

What is the vest made of?
The vest has a polyester outer and a thick, soft fleece lining for added warmth.

How does it fasten?
A zipper along the underside opens the vest for dressing and removal. Keep your dog’s fur clear of the zipper when fastening it.

Is it suitable for winter walks?
The thick fleece lining adds warmth for chilly outings. Your dog’s needs will depend on their coat, activity level and the weather. Since the vest provides partial underside coverage, cold-sensitive dogs may benefit from a thin base layer or a coat with more coverage.

Which dogs is it suitable for?
It may suit Yorkshire Terriers, Chihuahuas, Miniature Pinschers, Poodles, Pomeranians, Schnauzers, Bichon Frises, West Highland White Terriers, French Bulldogs, Shiba Inus and Corgis, as well as Border Collie puppies. Choose according to your dog’s measurements rather than breed alone.

How do I choose the right size?
Measure the neck, the widest part of the chest just behind the front legs, and the back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Compare all three with the size chart and leave comfortable room for movement and fur. If your dog is between sizes, broad-chested or has a thick coat, consider the larger size while checking that the neckline and armholes fit comfortably.

Can my dog wear it over another layer?
Yes, a thin base layer may add coverage for dogs that feel the cold. Measure and check the fit with the extra layer on, making sure the vest closes comfortably and your dog can move freely.

Can my dog wear it indoors?
Remove the vest in warm, heated rooms or if your dog appears too warm.

How do I wash it?
Hand wash gently in water below 86°F (30°C) with a mild detergent. Machine washing is not recommended. Gently press out excess water, reshape and lay flat to dry in the shade. Avoid wringing, direct sunlight and high-heat drying.
