Support for Shared Days Near the Water

The NEKOAN Dog Life Jacket is designed to add buoyancy during supervised swimming, boating and shoreline outings. Its contoured shape and adjustable neck and chest sections help create a close fit while allowing natural movement.

A reinforced back handle provides a point of assistance when guiding your dog into or out of the water, while reflective details and contrasting accents add visibility. Select primarily by chest measurement, practise the fit on land and recheck once wet. This is a buoyancy aid; it does not guarantee protection from drowning or replace adult supervision.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE

Measure around the widest part of your dog’s chest.

Chest measurement should be used as the primary reference when selecting a size. Weight is provided only as a secondary guide because dogs of the same weight can have very different body shapes.

If your dog falls between two sizes, choose the larger size when additional adjustment room is needed.

The life jacket should fit closely around the body without restricting breathing or natural movement.

HOW TO FIT

Place the life jacket over your dog’s back.
Position the neck section comfortably without applying pressure to the throat.
Fasten the chest buckles.
Adjust each strap until the vest fits securely around the body.
Check that the life jacket cannot rotate excessively or slide over the head.
Allow your dog to walk and move on land before entering the water.
Recheck the fit after the vest becomes wet.

BEFORE ENTERING THE WATER

Always confirm that:

Every buckle is completely secured
The neck and chest sections are correctly adjusted
The vest remains stable around the body
The rescue handle is firmly attached
The straps and seams show no signs of damage
Your dog can breathe and move comfortably

The Nekoan Dog Life Jacket is designed as a buoyancy aid for supervised water activities.

It does not guarantee protection from drowning and must never replace responsible adult supervision.

Never leave a dog unattended in or near water.

Water conditions, temperature, currents and a dog’s physical condition can change quickly. Introduce your dog to water gradually and remain within reach whenever possible.

Inspect the life jacket before every use. Discontinue use if the handle, straps, buckles, seams or flotation panels show signs of damage.

MATERIAL & CARE

Construction: Lightweight outer fabric and flotation panels with straps, quick-release buckles and a reinforced handle. Exact textile composition and flotation-material composition are not specified in the supplied information.

Rinse thoroughly with fresh water after every use.

This is particularly important after contact with saltwater, sand or chlorinated swimming-pool water.

Hand wash with mild detergent when required.

Allow the life jacket to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat.

Returns & Refunds

For eligible non-personalized goods, notify us at support@nekoan.com within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered, then send the goods back within 14 days after notice. Contact us for the correct return address before posting; do not use the dispatch address.

For change-of-mind returns or a size selected incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays the actual direct return postage. We do not charge a fixed return-postage fee or a restocking fee. Necessary return or replacement shipping costs for a confirmed defect or our error are covered by us.

Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Being handmade or produced after an order is placed does not automatically make a standard item non-returnable. Rights for damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected.
