HOW TO MEASURE


BODY LENGTH
Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.


CHEST GIRTH
Measure around the widest part of the chest, directly behind the front legs.


NECK CIRCUMFERENCE
Measure around the base of the neck where the harness normally sits.


Use a soft measuring tape and keep it comfortably close to the body without pulling it tight. Allow enough room to place one or two fingers between the measuring tape and your dog.


For the most accurate recommendation, please provide your dog’s breed, age, weight, body length, neck circumference and chest girth.


XXL — CUSTOM SIZE


This option is individually made according to your dog’s confirmed measurements.


Before or immediately after ordering, please contact us with your dog’s breed, age, weight, neck circumference, chest girth and body length.


Production will begin after all measurements and customisation details have been reviewed and confirmed.


Please enter your dog’s name exactly as you would like it to appear on the complimentary personalised name tag. Check the spelling carefully before submitting your order.

Please confirm all names, measurements, colours and specifications carefully before production begins. Once the order has entered production, personalisation details and measurements cannot normally be changed.

Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. A standard item is not automatically excluded just because it is handmade or produced after an order is placed. Your rights for damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected. Please note that this product combines genuine cowhide leather with a woven textile centre panel. It is not made entirely from leather.


Natural cowhide may display subtle differences in grain, tone and surface character. These variations are part of the material’s authenticity.

Care
After use, wipe the leather gently with a clean, soft and dry cloth. The woven area may be carefully cleaned with a slightly damp cloth.


Avoid prolonged exposure to water, high humidity, direct heat and strong sunlight.


If the harness becomes wet, gently remove excess moisture and allow it to dry naturally at room temperature.


Do not machine wash, soak, bleach, iron or tumble dry.


Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place when not in use.


For long-term care, apply a small amount of suitable neutral leather conditioner after testing it on an inconspicuous area.

Is the personalised name tag included?


Yes. A complimentary personalised name tag is included with every harness order. Please provide your dog’s name and measurements before production begins.


Is the entire harness made from leather?


No. The harness combines genuine cowhide leather trim and straps with a tightly woven textile body.


Is the harness adjustable?


Yes. The neck and chest straps are adjustable within the measurement range of the selected size.


Can I order a custom size?


Yes. Select XXL — Custom Size and contact us with your dog’s breed, age, weight, neck circumference, chest girth and body length.


Is the product handmade?


Yes. Each harness is individually cut, assembled, stitched and edge-finished after your order and measurements have been confirmed.


Can it be used for swimming?


No. This is a handcrafted leather and woven textile product. It should not be submerged in water or used as swimming equipment.
