14-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, clean, free from pet hair, stains or odors, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@nekoan.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns that are not related to a product defect or an error on our part, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@nekoan.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos showing the issue.

Once the issue has been verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or offer another appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
