From quiet mornings to chilly afternoon walks, this reversible coat brings a soft, comfortable layer to your dog’s everyday wardrobe. Wear the plush flannel side out for a cosy textured look, or turn it over to reveal the lightly crinkled shell.

A three-layer construction helps retain warmth while keeping the coat light and easy to move in. The high collar adds coverage around the neck, while relaxed armholes leave the front legs free.

The shell side offers water and stain resistance for everyday splashes and light damp weather. On the flannel side, a contrast pocket adds a simple outerwear detail. Finished in versatile gray, it brings two distinct looks to one winter essential.

Measure around the base of the neck, around the fullest part of the chest, and from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Choose using all three measurements; weight is a reference only. Please allow a 1–3 cm variation due to manual measurement.

Open the front fastening before dressing. Guide the front legs through the armholes and close comfortably. To reverse, remove the coat and turn it fully inside out before dressing again.

MATERIAL & CARE

Three-layer construction combining a plush double-sided flannel face, an insulating middle layer and a lightweight crinkled shell face.

Wear the shell side outward when protection from everyday splashes is needed. Water and stain resistance applies to the shell surface; this coat is intended for light damp conditions rather than prolonged heavy rain.

Wipe light marks from the shell with a soft damp cloth. Follow the garment care label for washing and drying. Allow the coat to dry fully before storing.

Returns & Refunds

For eligible non-personalized goods, notify us at support@nekoan.com within 14 days after delivery, then send the goods back within 14 days after notice. Contact us for the correct return address before posting; do not use the dispatch address.

For change-of-mind returns or a size selected incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays the actual direct return postage. We do not charge a fixed return-postage fee or a restocking fee. Necessary return or replacement shipping costs for a confirmed defect or our error are covered by us.

Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Being handmade or produced after an order is placed does not automatically make a standard item non-returnable. Rights for damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected.

Is the coat waterproof? The shell side is water- and stain-resistant for light splashes and everyday damp conditions. The flannel face is for soft, cosy comfort.

How do I choose a size? Measure your dog’s neck, chest and back, then compare all measurements with this coat’s size guide. Reference weight alone should not determine the fit.

Are the two sides different colours? No. This is one gray colourway with two different fabric textures.
