PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A Little More Comfort for the Walk Ahead

Some days call for an extra layer before you head out. The Nekoan Quilted Dog Vest is designed for those cooler walks, combining comfortable body coverage with practical details and a colour-blocked look.

The vest has a structured, quilted appearance that gives it a clean silhouette without covering your dog’s front legs. Contrasting colour panels add character to the design, while the raised neckline offers additional coverage around the neck.

Getting dressed is simple: place the vest around your dog, then close the zipper along the back. Two metal rings are positioned beside the zipper for leash attachment. The placement keeps the connection point easy to reach when you are ready to go outside.

From smaller companions to larger dogs, the range includes eight sizes from S to 5XL. Because dogs of the same weight can have very different body shapes, measure the chest, neck and back length before choosing a size. A comfortable fit should let your dog walk, sit and lie down naturally.

Designed for everyday cold-weather outings, this vest is an easy way to add warmth, colour and a little personality to the daily walk.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR DOG

Chest: Measure around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs.

Neck: Measure around the base of the neck where the collar of the vest will sit.

Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail while your dog is standing naturally.

SIZE SELECTION ADVICE

Compare your dog’s measurements with the chest, neck and back length shown in the chart. Recommended weight is a secondary reference only.

Check that the vest is comfortable around the chest and front-leg openings, and that your dog can sit, walk and lie down naturally. If measurements fall between sizes, compare the chest and back length carefully before choosing the larger size.

HOW TO PUT IT ON

Open the back zipper completely.
Guide your dog’s front legs through the openings.
Position the vest evenly across the chest and back.
Close the zipper slowly, keeping fur away from the teeth.
Check the fit around the neck, chest and legs.
If attaching a leash, connect it to both metal rings and check that the vest remains secure before walking.

FIT & LEASH SAFETY

A good fit should feel secure without restricting breathing or movement. Check the zipper and both metal rings before each walk.

Use the vest under supervision. If your dog pulls strongly, lunges or can slip out of clothing, use a properly fitted walking harness for leash control.

Important Notes
Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. Check the vest and all attachment points before use. This product is pet apparel and should not be left on a dog unattended for extended periods.

FAQ

Is the leash included?

No. The package includes one dog vest. The leash shown in lifestyle photography is for demonstration.

Can I connect a leash to the vest?

The vest has two metal rings for leash attachment. Connect the leash to both rings and check the fit before each walk. For dogs that pull strongly or may slip out of clothing, use a separate, properly fitted walking harness.

How do I choose a size?

Measure your dog’s chest, neck and back length and compare all three with the size guide. Weight alone cannot determine the best fit.

Does 5XL fit every large dog?

No. 5XL has a listed chest measurement of 76 cm, neck measurement of 54 cm and back length of 56 cm. Measure your dog before ordering, regardless of breed.

Is the vest suitable for winter?

It provides an additional layer for cooler weather. The appropriate level of warmth depends on your dog’s natural coat, activity and local temperature.

How do I avoid catching fur in the zipper?

Position the vest evenly and close the zipper slowly while keeping longer fur away from the zipper teeth.

Can my dog wear it all day?

Check your dog’s comfort regularly and remove the vest if your dog becomes too warm or shows signs of rubbing or restricted movement.

Are all colours available in every size?

Please check the available options on the product page. Colour and size availability depends on current stock.
