SIZE SELECTION NOTE

Please measure your pet before ordering. The recommended weight is provided only as a general reference because pets of the same weight may have different chest shapes, body lengths and fur thicknesses.

Chest girth should be the primary measurement when choosing a size.

If your pet falls between two sizes, has a broad chest, thick fur or prefers a looser fit, we recommend selecting the larger size.

Please allow a measurement difference of approximately 1–3 cm due to manual measurement.

HOW TO MEASURE

Neck Circumference

Measure around the base of your pet’s neck where the jacket collar will naturally sit. Keep the measuring tape comfortably loose.

Chest Girth

Measure around the widest part of the chest, directly behind the front legs. Do not pull the measuring tape too tightly.

Back Length

Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail while your pet is standing naturally.

For comfortable movement, allow approximately one or two fingers of space between the jacket and your pet’s body.

FIT GUIDANCE

Open the jacket and place it evenly over your pet’s back.
Guide the front legs gently through the sleeves.
Position the hood and neckline comfortably around the neck.
Fasten the jacket securely.
Secure the hood in place when it is not being worn over the head.
Check that the chest and leg openings are not too tight.
Make sure your pet can walk, sit and lie down naturally.
Recheck the fit after several minutes of movement.

Is the jacket suitable for winter?

Yes. The padded construction and soft fleece lining are designed to provide comfortable warmth during cool autumn and winter weather. The appropriate level of warmth will depend on your pet’s breed, coat type, activity level and local climate.

Can the hood be secured?

Yes. The hood is designed to be secured in place, helping reduce unwanted movement while your pet is walking or playing.

Is the inside lined with fleece?

Yes. The interior features a soft, skin-friendly fleece lining for added comfort and warmth.

Is this jacket waterproof?

The smooth outer fabric may help with brief exposure to light moisture, but the jacket is not designed for prolonged heavy rain or complete waterproof protection.

Is the jacket suitable for cats?

It can be suitable for cats whose neck, chest and back measurements correspond with the size chart. Please measure carefully before ordering.

Does the jacket restrict movement?

The short-sleeve construction is designed to provide warmth while allowing natural front-leg and shoulder movement. Correct sizing is essential.

How do I select the right size?

Measure your pet’s chest, neck and back length. Use chest girth as the main reference. If your pet is between sizes or has thick fur, choose the larger size.

Can the jacket be machine washed?

Gentle hand washing is recommended to help protect the padding, fleece lining and hood structure.

Which colour should I choose?

Olive Oat provides an understated natural look, Cocoa Orange offers a warmer and more eye-catching style, and Caramel Sky creates a playful contemporary contrast. All three colours are designed to coordinate with a wide range of pet coat colours.
