Please select the leash according to your dog’s weight, strength and walking habits. If your dog is particularly strong or energetic, we recommend choosing the larger size.

MADE TO ORDER

This item is handcrafted after your order has been placed. Please allow time for cutting, leather wrapping, hand stitching, finishing and final quality inspection.

Production begins after all personalisation and colour details have been confirmed. Changes cannot be accepted once production has started.

LEATHER CARE

Wipe the leather gently with a clean, soft cloth after use. Allow it to dry naturally at room temperature if it becomes damp.

Avoid soaking, machine washing, prolonged exposure to rain, direct heat, harsh cleaning products and alcohol-based solutions.

A suitable neutral leather conditioner may be applied sparingly when required. Always test the product on a discreet area first.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. With considered care, the leather will soften and develop a distinctive patina over time.

SAFETY & USE

Always inspect the leash, clip, stitching and retractable mechanism before use. Discontinue use immediately if any component shows signs of damage or excessive wear.

Select the correct size according to your dog’s weight, strength and walking behaviour. Retractable leashes should be used responsibly and under direct supervision.

Do not wrap the leash tape or cord around hands, fingers, people or animals. Keep the leash shortened and locked near roads, vehicles, crowds and other potentially hazardous areas.

This product is intended for supervised walking only and should not be used for tethering or left on an unattended dog.

Is this product handmade?

Yes. The leather exterior is individually cut, shaped, wrapped and stitched by hand. The internal retractable mechanism is produced by Flexi and is incorporated into the handcrafted leather casing.

Is the harness included?

No. This listing includes one retractable leash and one complimentary personalised name tag. Harnesses and collars shown in styled photographs are sold separately unless clearly stated otherwise.

How do I choose the correct size?

Choose S with a 3 m leash for pets weighing up to 12 kg. Choose M with a 5 m leash for pets weighing up to 25 kg. Your dog’s strength and walking behaviour should also be considered.

Can I request another colour?

Yes. Bespoke colours are available upon request. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the leather selection, availability and any additional cost.

How do I submit my pet’s name?

Enter the name in the personalisation field when ordering. You may also email or message us with your order number, pet’s name, breed and relevant details.

Will every piece look exactly the same?

No two hides are identical. Natural grain, subtle tonal variation and the character of hand stitching make every piece individual.

Can a personalised order be returned?

Personalised and made-to-order products cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Please check all submitted details carefully before confirming your order.
