The metal stopper lets you set the adjustment limit. The sliding-ring mechanism responds to leash tension and can loosen as tension eases, helping you manage the fit without relying on a neck collar alone.

Easy buckle fastening

8 mm braided polyester rope

Finding the Right Fit

Measure your cat’s neck where the harness will sit, then measure the widest part of the chest just behind the front legs.

Choose by neck and chest measurements rather than weight or breed alone. This harness may suit Devon Rex, Cornish Rex, Sphynx and other cats whose measurements fall within the stated range.

Adjust the harness so it sits securely without restricting movement. You should be able to slide two fingers comfortably beneath the straps, while ensuring the harness cannot easily slip over the head or shoulders. Check the fit indoors before attaching the leash for an outdoor walk.

Introducing Your Cat to the Harness

Let your cat investigate the harness first. Begin with short indoor sessions and reward calm behaviour with treats or praise.

Once your cat is comfortable wearing it, attach the leash and practise gentle movement indoors. Keep the first outdoor sessions short, quiet and closely supervised.

If your cat becomes startled or backs away, stop walking, avoid sudden pulls and give them time to settle.

Is it escape-proof?
No harness can guarantee that a cat will never escape. This design helps reduce slipping when correctly fitted, but careful adjustment and supervision remain essential.

Does it help protect the neck?
The broad Y-shaped panel helps distribute leash pressure across the chest. Avoid sudden pulling, excessive tension or lifting your cat by the leash.

Can I buy the harness and leash separately?

Can I wear the leash around my waist or across my body?
Yes. The adjustable leash supports handheld, crossbody and waist-worn use. Choose a setup that allows you to maintain control and respond quickly to your cat.

Is it suitable for a Devon Rex or Sphynx?
It may be suitable when your cat’s neck and chest measurements match the size range. Breed and body weight alone do not determine fit.

Can my cat wear it unsupervised?
Remove the harness when your cat is unsupervised. It is intended for supervised walking and harness training, not for unattended tethering or use as a vehicle restraint.
