PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A Considered Fit for Slim-Bodied Dogs

The NEKOAN Sighthound Escape-Resistant Leather Rope Dog Harness is designed around the narrow neck, deep chest and slim waist typical of Whippets, Italian Greyhounds and similar dogs. Its I-shaped construction and sliding back adjustment help refine the fit while allowing everyday movement.

Round rope, recycled PET webbing, leather accents and padded contact points combine in a lightweight walking harness with zinc-alloy hardware and a quick-release buckle. Choose Harness Only or add the matching 130 cm rope leash. Correct sizing and adjustment matter: no harness guarantees complete escape prevention.

FAQ

Is this harness suitable for Whippets?

Yes. Its adjustable, body-following structure is particularly well suited to Whippets, Italian Greyhounds and other dogs with slim necks and deep chests.

Is the harness escape-proof?

The I-shaped design helps reduce the risk of slipping or backing out when correctly sized and adjusted. However, no harness can guarantee complete escape prevention.

Does the harness come with a leash?

You can choose between Harness Only and Harness + Matching Leash.

How long is the matching leash?

The matching leash measures 130 cm / 51.2 in and has an 8 mm rope diameter.

How do I choose the correct size?

Measure the widest part of your dog’s chest and confirm the S or M chest range before ordering. Numeric size ranges are not specified in the supplied information. Individual fit matters more than breed or weight alone.

Can my dog wear it all day?

The harness is lightweight and padded for comfort, but it should be removed when your dog is resting unsupervised or left alone.

Is it suitable for strong pullers?

The ergonomic structure helps distribute pressure more evenly. For dogs with serious pulling behaviour, use the harness together with appropriate training and supervision.
