Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. A standard item is not automatically excluded just because it is handmade or produced after an order is placed. Your rights for damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected. Care
Wipe gently with a clean, dry or slightly damp soft cloth after use.

Avoid prolonged exposure to water, high humidity, direct heat and strong sunlight. If the leather becomes wet, allow it to dry naturally at room temperature.

Do not machine wash, soak, bleach or tumble dry. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

For long-term care, apply a small amount of suitable neutral leather conditioner after testing it on an inconspicuous area.

Is the name tag included?

Yes. One complimentary personalised name tag is included with every collar order. Please submit your dog’s name, breed and size details before production begins.

Is this product handmade?

Yes. Every piece is individually cut, assembled, stitched and edge-finished by hand after the order has been confirmed.

Can I order a custom size?

Yes. Select Custom Large / Reinforced and contact our customer service team with your dog’s breed, neck measurement, weight and fitting requirements.

How should I measure my dog?

Measure around the widest part of the neck with a soft measuring tape. Leave enough space to fit two fingers comfortably between the collar and your dog’s neck.

Is the leash included with the collar?

The collar and leash configurations are sold according to the option selected. Please choose the collar, matching hand-held leash, convertible crossbody leash or corresponding set before checkout.

Will every piece look exactly the same?

Natural cowhide leather may show subtle variations in grain and tone. Because every piece is handmade, small differences are expected and make each item unique.

Is it suitable for swimming?

No. This is a handcrafted leather product and should not be submerged in water or used as swimming equipment.
