PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Made for snowy winter walks, these high-top dog boots combine a waterproof fabric upper with a thick, long-pile polyester lining. The tall shafts add coverage above the paws, while flexible rubber soles provide a layer between the paws and the ground.

Two hook-and-loop straps and a top drawcord let you adjust the fit around the lower legs. The black soles have a triangular tread, paired with simple light gray uppers.

Primarily intended for medium and large dogs whose paw measurements match the size guide. Measure front and rear paws separately and choose by inner boot width rather than body weight alone. Available in packs of 2 or 4; for different front and rear sizes, choose two 2-boot packs in the required sizes.

Product and pack options
High-top, plush-lined winter dog boots. Choose a pack of 2 boots or 4 boots. All boots in each selected pack are the same size.

Design and fastening
Light gray uppers and black rubber soles. Two adjustable hook-and-loop straps and a top drawcord help secure each boot. Adjust without squeezing the paw or lower leg.

Lining
Thick, long-pile polyester plush inside the boots and around the cuffs. The supplier's term 'Arctic fleece' describes the plush texture and finish; the fibre is polyester.

Soles
Flexible rubber outsoles with a raised triangular tread. Grip varies with ground conditions; slip-proof performance on ice is not guaranteed.

Water protection
Waterproof upper material for rain and melting snow, with seams that resist water entry during normal use. Intended for winter walking rather than prolonged immersion or deep water.

Intended fit
Primarily for medium and large dogs, including Border Collies, Standard Poodles and other dogs whose paw measurements match the size guide. Check the shaft and lower-leg fit as well as paw width.

Sizing
Sizes 3–8. Measure the widest part of each paw while your dog is standing and compare with the inner boot width in the size guide image. Never choose an inner width smaller than the measured paw. If between sizes or close to the limit, size up. For example, a 4.6–4.8 cm paw needs the 5.0 cm inner-width option, not 4.5 cm. Body weight is a secondary guide only.

Different front and rear sizes
Measure front and rear paws separately. If they need different sizes, order one 2-boot pack for the front paws and another 2-boot pack in the appropriate size for the rear paws.

Winter use and temperature guidance
The thick, long-pile polyester lining and tall shafts add warmth and coverage for snowy winter walks, including Nordic winters and snow-covered mountain areas. The supplier suggests use in temperatures around −20°C (−4°F).

Insoles
Fixed insoles; not removable.

Activity
Intended for ordinary walks. Fit and movement affect how securely the boots stay in place; vigorous running or pulling may cause them to shift.

MATERIAL & CARE

Materials
Waterproof fabric upper, long-pile polyester lining and flexible rubber outsole. Fixed, non-removable insoles.

Cleaning
Wipe away surface dirt with a damp cloth after use. For a more thorough clean, open the straps, loosen the drawcord and gently hand-clean with a soft brush, lukewarm water and mild detergent. Clean the fixed insoles in place; do not pull them out. Remove detergent residue and blot excess moisture with a towel.

Drying and storage
Open the boots and air dry fully in a cool, ventilated place before storing. Do not machine wash, wring, tumble dry or place against a heater. Avoid strong direct sunlight.

Standard shipping is free on orders of US$100 or more; orders below US$100 have a flat US$8 shipping fee. Local-currency equivalents and available destinations are shown at checkout.

Orders are currently dispatched from China. Most standard products are dispatched within 2 business days after payment. For customized or made-to-order products, please contact us before ordering. Production and dispatch times are confirmed individually with you.

Estimated transit time is 7–9 business days after dispatch, separate from processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Returns & Refunds

For eligible non-personalized goods, notify us at support@nekoan.com within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered, then send the goods back within 14 days after notice. Contact us for the correct return address before posting; do not use the dispatch address.

For change-of-mind returns or a size selected incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays the actual direct return postage. We do not charge a fixed return-postage fee or a restocking fee. Necessary return or replacement shipping costs for a confirmed defect or our error are covered by us.

Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Being handmade or produced after an order is placed does not automatically make a standard item non-returnable. Rights for damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected.

FAQ

How should I measure my dog's paws?
Have your dog stand naturally on paper with weight on the paw. Trace the outline and measure the widest part. Measure front and rear paws separately, then compare with the inner boot width in the size guide image.

What if my dog's paw width falls between sizes?
Choose the larger inner width. For example, a paw measuring 4.6–4.8 cm wide needs the 5.0 cm option, not 4.5 cm. Allow the paw to spread naturally without being squeezed.

Can I buy different sizes for the front and rear paws?
Yes. Choose a 2-boot pack in the correct size for the front paws and another 2-boot pack in the correct size for the rear paws. Each 4-boot pack contains one size.

How are the boots secured?
Each boot has two adjustable hook-and-loop straps and a top drawcord. Adjust for a secure fit without overtightening, and check the fit after your dog takes a few steps.

Are the boots waterproof?
The uppers use waterproof material for rain and melting snow, with seams that resist water entry during normal use. Avoid prolonged immersion and deep water.

Are the soles slip-proof on ice?
No absolute slip-proof performance is claimed. The rubber soles have a raised triangular tread, but traction varies with the ground conditions.

How do I help my dog get used to wearing them?
Start with brief, supervised practice and reward calm steps. Increase wearing time gradually while checking fit and comfort.

Can I remove the insoles for washing?
No. The insoles are fixed. Clean them in place and allow the inside of the boots to dry fully before the next use.
