PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

For dogs who settle on hard ground, a little cushioning can make everyday outings more comfortable. These padded dog elbow protectors place a soft layer between the front elbows and surfaces such as concrete or paving, helping reduce direct rubbing.

The substantial fabric has a soft, fleece-feel inner surface, while padded elbow panels cushion contact with the ground. Stretch cuffs fit around the front legs, and connecting straps across the back and between the legs help keep the sleeves in position during walking and resting.

Use them for walks, outdoor play or quiet moments beside your table when your dog lies down to wait. They can also provide useful coverage on hard indoor floors, depending on your dog’s habits. The thicker construction is particularly suited to spring and autumn outings.

Designed for medium and large dogs, including older companions who regularly rest on hard surfaces. For sore, broken or bleeding skin, or an existing joint condition, seek veterinary advice before use.

L: Suggested dog weight 6–14 kg / 13.2–30.9 lb

XL: Suggested dog weight 14.5–22.5 kg / 32–49.6 lb

2XL: Suggested dog weight 22.5–35 kg / 49.6–77.2 lb

3XL: Suggested dog weight 35–45 kg / 77.2–99.2 lb

Weight is a reference only. Dogs of the same weight can have different leg and body proportions.

Position each padded panel over the elbow, then adjust the back strap so that the sleeves sit comfortably without pulling. Check that the cuffs do not dig into the legs and that your dog can walk, sit and lie down freely.

MATERIAL & CARE

Materials

Polyester fabric with PVC grip dots and fixed internal padding. The inner surface has a soft, fleece-like feel. The exact padding fibre composition is awaiting confirmation.

Care

Gently hand wash in cool or lukewarm water with a mild, neutral detergent. Avoid vigorous scrubbing and forceful wringing.

Lay flat or hang to air dry naturally. Machine washing is not recommended. Do not tumble dry or soak in hot water. Allow the protectors to dry completely before use.

Standard shipping is free on orders of US$100 or more; orders below US$100 have a flat US$8 shipping fee. Local-currency equivalents and available destinations are shown at checkout.

Orders are currently dispatched from China. Most standard products are dispatched within 2 business days after payment. For customized or made-to-order products, please contact us before ordering. Production and dispatch times are confirmed individually with you.

Estimated transit time is 7–9 business days after dispatch, separate from processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

For eligible EU and US orders, applicable VAT, import duties and customs clearance charges are included. Additional charges may apply for other destinations. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns & Refunds

For eligible non-personalized goods, notify us at support@nekoan.com within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered, then send the goods back within 14 days after notice. Contact us for the correct return address before posting; do not use the dispatch address.

For change-of-mind returns or a size selected incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays the actual direct return postage. We do not charge a fixed return-postage fee or a restocking fee. Necessary return or replacement shipping costs for a confirmed defect or our error are covered by us.

Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Being handmade or produced after an order is placed does not automatically make a standard item non-returnable. Rights for damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected.

FAQ

What are these dog elbow protectors for?

They provide padded coverage to help reduce direct rubbing between the front elbows and hard or rough surfaces. They are useful for dogs who regularly lie on concrete, paving or hard floors.

Will the sleeves move while my dog walks?

The back strap, connecting strap between the front legs and stretch cuffs help keep the sleeves positioned. Correct sizing and adjustment matter; check their position after your dog starts moving.

Are they suitable for older dogs or dogs with arthritis?

They can provide a soft contact layer for older dogs resting on hard surfaces. For a dog with arthritis, pain, swelling or damaged skin, ask your veterinarian whether they are suitable. They are not a treatment for joint disease.

Can my dog wear them outdoors and indoors?

Yes. They can be used during walks, outdoor play and periods of resting on hard ground. Indoor use depends on your dog’s needs and the surfaces they rest on. The substantial fabric is particularly suited to spring and autumn use.

Can I remove the padding?

No. The three layers are fixed together. The layer illustration shows how the protectors are constructed, rather than removable components. Each purchase includes the connected pair for both front elbows.

How do I wash them?
