Love quality of item. It does not look or feel like some cheap item. It did match the description. Item did meet my expectations. Customer service has been fantastic. I asked them for advice on which size would be best for my Dachshund. They suggested a XXXL which ended up being too big. They apologized, and am sending XXL free of charge. To me that shows great customer service, and i will most definitely do business with the seller in the future.
