The NEKOAN Waterproof Dog Travel Mat gives your companion a cushioned resting surface for car journeys, camping, picnics and quiet days at home. Soft PP cotton sits between a water-resistant outer surface and an internal waterproof membrane, with an anti-slip base to help reduce movement on smooth surfaces.

At approximately 0.4 kg, the 70 × 100 cm mat is easy to fold or roll and secure with its integrated strap. It is designed for light moisture and everyday spills; keep it out of standing water and prolonged heavy rain, and let it dry fully before storage.

HOW TO USE
Release the strap, unfold the mat and place it on a clean, stable surface. After use, remove loose hair, dirt and surface moisture. Allow it to dry fully, then fold or roll and secure the carrying strap.

MOISTURE PROTECTION & SAFETY
The water-resistant surface and internal membrane help protect against damp ground, light rain and spills. Do not submerge, leave in standing water or expose continuously to heavy rain.

Keep away from flames and direct heat. Inspect seams, fabric and strap regularly, and stop using the mat if significantly damaged. This is a comfort mat, not a vehicle restraint or flotation device.

MATERIAL & CARE

Returns & Refunds

For eligible non-personalized goods, notify us at support@nekoan.com within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered, then send the goods back within 14 days after notice. Contact us for the correct return address before posting; do not use the dispatch address.

For change-of-mind returns or a size selected incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays the actual direct return postage. We do not charge a fixed return-postage fee or a restocking fee. Necessary return or replacement shipping costs for a confirmed defect or our error are covered by us.

Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Being handmade or produced after an order is placed does not automatically make a standard item non-returnable. Rights for damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected.
