PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Designed around a deep chest and narrow waist, this thermal sighthound onesie brings a close, flexible fit to your dog's autumn and winter wardrobe. The soft brushed fabric stretches with everyday movement, while the high neckline and four-leg design extend coverage across the neck, body and limbs.

Clean, minimalist styling is available in Taupe, Sage Green and Charcoal Grey. Wear it on its own when conditions suit, or as a base layer beneath a separate outer coat.

Suggested for wear in temperatures around 0°C to −5°C (32°F to 23°F). Add a separate outer coat in colder, windy or wet conditions, and adjust layers to your dog's activity level and comfort.

Choose by neck, chest and back measurements using the size chart image. Check that the leg cuffs stay clear of the ground when your dog walks.

Fabric
Soft brushed thermal fabric, with generous stretch.

Washing
Gentle hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent is recommended. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. If machine washing, place in a laundry bag and select a gentle cycle. Avoid vigorous spin-drying.

Drying
Reshape and lay flat to dry in the shade. Do not hang to dry, expose to direct sunlight or tumble dry at high heat.

Everyday care
Gently remove loose hair and grass with a lint roller. Repeated friction may cause light surface pilling.

Standard shipping is free on orders of US$100 or more; orders below US$100 have a flat US$8 shipping fee. Local-currency equivalents and available destinations are shown at checkout.

Orders are currently dispatched from China. Most standard products are dispatched within 2 business days after payment. For customized or made-to-order products, please contact us before ordering. Production and dispatch times are confirmed individually with you.

Estimated transit time is 7–9 business days after dispatch, separate from processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Returns & Refunds

For eligible non-personalized goods, notify us at support@nekoan.com within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered, then send the goods back within 14 days after notice. Contact us for the correct return address before posting; do not use the dispatch address.

For change-of-mind returns or a size selected incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays the actual direct return postage. We do not charge a fixed return-postage fee or a restocking fee. Necessary return or replacement shipping costs for a confirmed defect or our error are covered by us.

Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Being handmade or produced after an order is placed does not automatically make a standard item non-returnable. Rights for damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected.

FAQ

Is this a standalone outfit or a base layer?
It can be worn either way. Wear it on its own when conditions suit, or beneath a separate outer coat when additional warmth or weather protection is needed.

Which dogs is it designed for?
The contoured fit is intended for Italian Greyhounds, Whippets and similarly proportioned dogs with a deep chest and narrow waist. Choose by measurements rather than breed alone.

Can my dog wear it in sub-zero temperatures?

Will the fabric allow comfortable movement?
The fabric has generous stretch. The correct size should sit close to the body without pulling around the chest, shoulders or legs.

Measure neck, chest and back, then compare them with the size chart image. Check that the cuffs stay clear of the ground during walking. Weight is a guide only.

Can it be worn in a heated room?
It may be too warm for extended wear in a well-heated room. Adjust or remove the layer according to your dog's comfort.

Will it pick up hair or grass?
The gently brushed surface may collect loose hair or grass, particularly visible on darker colours. Gently remove surface debris with a lint roller.

Will it pill?
Light pilling may develop in areas exposed to repeated friction. This garment is not described as pill-free.

How should I wash it?
Gentle cold-water hand washing with a mild detergent is recommended. If machine washing, use a laundry bag and gentle cycle, avoiding vigorous spin-drying. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Reshape and dry flat in the shade, away from direct sunlight.
