PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Gentle support through recovery and everyday care

This soft recovery collar creates a cushioned barrier around your pet’s neck, helping reduce access to areas that need protection. Designed for cats and small dogs, it offers a soft option for recovery at home, skin-care routines and supervised grooming.

After surgery or spaying and neutering

Use during recovery to help discourage licking and chewing at incisions, stitches or dressings that the collar effectively protects. A common recovery period is around 1–2 weeks; follow your veterinarian’s instructions and keep the required protection in place until the wound has healed.

During skin treatment and topical care

For pets receiving care for ringworm, dermatitis, ear mites or other skin and ear conditions, the collar may help limit interference with affected or treated areas where its shape provides effective coverage. Some treatment plans continue for several weeks, including 4–6 weeks in certain cases; this does not mean every pet needs continuous collar wear for that entire period. Follow the prescribed care plan.

After topical flea and tick treatment

The collar can provide an additional barrier against licking an application site, provided your pet cannot reach it while wearing the collar. Follow the treatment’s own instructions for how long protection is needed, rather than using a fixed 1–2-day period for every product.

During grooming and nail care

For pets that turn towards your hands during handling, the collar may be used as a short-term aid during supervised nail trimming, grooming or bathing, where appropriate. It is not a restraint or a bite-proof barrier. During bathing, keep water away from the face and dry the collar fully afterwards.

A fabric-covered neck opening with a drawstring and cord lock allows the fit to be tailored to your pet.

Correct adjustment helps keep the collar in place without tightening it excessively.

Sits around the neck while leaving the face uncovered.

Mealtime access

Your pet may be able to eat and drink while wearing it, depending on the collar fit and bowl shape.

Pet suitability

Intended for cats and small dogs, including petite Devon Rex and Sphynx cats when measurements and coverage are appropriate.

Size selection

Refer to the size-chart image for head circumference measurements and check that the chosen collar prevents access to the intended area.

MATERIAL & CARE

Materials

Waterproof fabric outer shell, soft fibre filling and a fabric-covered drawstring opening.

Daily cleaning

Wipe away light marks with a damp cloth. Surface dirt can also be rinsed off under running water, making cleanup straightforward after meals or everyday use.

Hand-washing and drying

When a deeper clean is needed, gently hand-wash in lukewarm water with a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly. Press gently to remove excess water, blot with a towel, then leave to dry completely in a shaded, ventilated place.

Do not wring, machine-wash, tumble-dry or place near direct heat. Avoid prolonged exposure to strong sunlight.

Standard shipping is free on orders of US$100 or more; orders below US$100 have a flat US$8 shipping fee. Local-currency equivalents and available destinations are shown at checkout.

Orders are currently dispatched from China. Most standard products are dispatched within 2 business days after payment. For customized or made-to-order products, please contact us before ordering. Production and dispatch times are confirmed individually with you.

Estimated transit time is 7–9 business days after dispatch, separate from processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

For eligible EU and US orders, applicable VAT, import duties and customs clearance charges are included. Additional charges may apply for other destinations. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns & Refunds

For eligible non-personalized goods, notify us at support@nekoan.com within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered, then send the goods back within 14 days after notice. Contact us for the correct return address before posting; do not use the dispatch address.

For change-of-mind returns or a size selected incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays the actual direct return postage. We do not charge a fixed return-postage fee or a restocking fee. Necessary return or replacement shipping costs for a confirmed defect or our error are covered by us.

Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Being handmade or produced after an order is placed does not automatically make a standard item non-returnable. Rights for damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected.

UK and EU statutory withdrawals require a clear notice, not prior approval or a reason. For item-condition rules, original delivery-charge reimbursement and refund times, see our Return & Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

FAQ

Can my pet remove it on their own?

The drawstring helps provide a secure fit, but no collar is completely escape-proof. Check the fit again after your pet has moved around.

Can it stay on during meals?

It may, depending on the collar size and bowl shape. Check that your pet can comfortably reach both food and water.

Is the collar inflatable?

The collar has soft fibre filling and does not need to be inflated.

Can it be used after surgery?

It may be suitable when its coverage prevents access to the surgical site. Follow your veterinarian’s instructions when choosing recovery protection.
