SIZE SELECTION NOTE

Please measure your pet’s neck circumference before ordering. Weight recommendations are provided as a general reference only, as pets of the same weight may have different neck sizes and body proportions.

If your pet falls between two sizes, select the size that provides sufficient coverage while remaining secure around the neck.

For areas that are more difficult to protect, such as the paws, legs or head, a larger outer diameter may provide better coverage. Only choose the larger size if its adjustable neck range still fits your pet securely.

Please allow a 1–2 cm difference due to manual measurement.

HOW TO MEASURE

Use a soft measuring tape.
Measure around the base of your pet’s neck where the collar will sit.
Keep the tape comfortably fitted without pulling it tight.
Compare the measurement with the neck-fit range in the size chart.
Consider the location that requires protection when choosing the outer diameter.

HOW TO WEAR

Loosen the drawstring before placing the collar over your pet’s head.
Gently guide your pet’s head through the centre opening.
Position the knitted neckline comfortably around the neck.
Pull the drawstring gradually until the collar feels secure.
Slide the cord stopper into position.
Check that the collar cannot slip over your pet’s head.
Make sure the collar is not restricting breathing, swallowing or normal movement.

FIT CHECK

You should be able to place approximately one or two fingers between the neckline and your pet’s neck.

The collar should remain securely positioned without feeling tight. Check the fit regularly during the first few uses and readjust it if you notice slipping, rubbing or discomfort.

SAFETY INFORMATION
This product is designed to provide everyday protective coverage and help reduce access to sensitive areas. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition.

No recovery collar can guarantee that a pet will be unable to reach every part of its body. Effectiveness depends on correct sizing, fit, body shape and the location requiring protection.

Supervise your pet during the first few wears. Check that your pet can breathe, swallow, walk and rest comfortably.

Remove or readjust the collar immediately if you notice breathing difficulty, vomiting, overheating, restricted circulation, excessive stress, persistent slipping or skin irritation.

For surgical recovery, open wounds, skin conditions or injuries, consult a qualified veterinarian to confirm whether this collar provides sufficient coverage.

Do not allow your pet to chew the drawstring, cord stopper or fabric. Replace the product if it becomes damaged or excessively worn.

What is the collar designed for?
It provides a soft physical barrier to help reduce access to sensitive areas. Check that your pet cannot reach the area requiring protection.

How do I choose a size?
Measure the base of your pet’s neck and compare the neck-fit range. Also choose the outer diameter needed for coverage. Weight is a secondary guide.

Can small dogs use it?
Yes, if the neck-fit range and protective diameter suit the individual dog.

Can my pet eat, drink and rest while wearing it?
The flexible construction is intended to allow normal everyday activity. Bowl access depends on size and body shape; supervise and confirm normal food and water intake and comfortable breathing and rest.

Is it waterproof?
The nylon surface is water resistant for light moisture and small spills. It is not fully waterproof.

Can it replace a rigid cone after surgery?
Ask your veterinarian whether this soft collar provides sufficient coverage for the procedure and affected area. No collar guarantees complete protection for every pet.

How do I clean it?
Spot clean with a soft damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, gently hand wash with mild detergent in cold or lukewarm water. Do not wring the petals; reshape and air dry fully.
