Bring your cat along for neighbourhood outings, relaxed shopping trips and short journeys. This nylon cat carrier tote offers two ways to look out: an opening mesh window on the front and an adjustable head opening at the side.

Two Openings for Close Interaction

Unzip the front mesh window when stationary for an open view and easy interaction. The separate side opening adjusts with a drawcord, letting your companion peek out beside you. Connect the internal clip to a properly fitted harness and supervise whenever an opening is in use.

Support Beneath Their Paws

A composite fibre base board supports the lower compartment and helps the bag hold its shape. The nylon body keeps the tote light enough for everyday carrying, weighing approximately 559 g before adding your companion or belongings.

For Everyday Outings & Appointments

Carry it by hand or over one shoulder when heading to a pet-friendly shop, grooming appointment or veterinary visit. A padded hook-and-loop handle wrap brings the straps together, while two storage pockets keep small essentials nearby. Check the destination’s carrier requirements before travelling.

Recommended for cats and small dogs weighing up to 6 kg, subject to individual fit.

Check your companion’s body size as well as weight. They should be able to settle naturally without being compressed against the sides or restricted by the openings.

Adjust the side opening comfortably around the neck without tightening it against the skin. Connect the internal tether to a properly fitted harness and check the zips and openings before lifting.

Introduce the tote gradually with short, supervised sessions.

Materials

Nylon body with a mesh window and a composite fibre base board. Padded handle wrap with hook-and-loop fastening.

Care

Wipe the base board clean with a soft, damp cloth.

Wipe everyday marks from the fabric with a soft, damp cloth. Gently hand wash the fabric when needed, using a soft brush or cloth for soiled areas. Wash dark and light colours separately.

Do not machine wash, bleach, iron or dry clean. Air dry in a shaded, well-ventilated place. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and hot air from a hairdryer.

Keep the mesh away from sharp objects and claws that may snag or tear it. Allow all cleaned parts to dry fully before use or storage.

Standard shipping is free on orders of US$100 or more; orders below US$100 have a flat US$8 shipping fee. Local-currency equivalents and available destinations are shown at checkout.

Orders are currently dispatched from China. Most standard products are dispatched within 2 business days after payment. For customized or made-to-order products, please contact us before ordering. Production and dispatch times are confirmed individually with you.

Estimated transit time is 7–9 business days after dispatch, separate from processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

For eligible EU and US orders, applicable VAT, import duties and customs clearance charges are included. Additional charges may apply for other destinations. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns & Refunds

For eligible non-personalized goods, notify us at support@nekoan.com within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered, then send the goods back within 14 days after notice. Contact us for the correct return address before posting; do not use the dispatch address.

For change-of-mind returns or a size selected incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays the actual direct return postage. We do not charge a fixed return-postage fee or a restocking fee. Necessary return or replacement shipping costs for a confirmed defect or our error are covered by us.

Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Being handmade or produced after an order is placed does not automatically make a standard item non-returnable. Rights for damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected.
