Keep everyday dressing light and easy with the NEKOAN Japanese-Inspired Striped Lyocell Dog Vest. Classic stripes and a clean, sleeveless silhouette create a relaxed look for lounging at home, neighborhood walks and mild-weather outings.

Made from 92% lyocell and 8% spandex, the fabric feels smooth and soft against your dog’s coat. Its lightweight construction and generous stretch provide a comfortable fit without the bulk of a fleece or padded garment.

The thin, breathable fabric makes this vest a practical option for warmer days and indoor spaces with air conditioning. Wear it alone in mild weather or beneath a compatible outer layer when a little extra coverage is needed.

The cut accommodates longer bodies, making it an option for Dachshunds and similarly proportioned small dogs, depending on measurements. It may also suit Chihuahuas, Yorkshire Terriers, Poodles, Bichon Frises and Pomeranians. For shorter-backed dogs, check the garment length carefully before choosing a size.

Lightweight, smooth and stretchy fabric with a soft feel.

Care

Machine wash in a laundry bag on a gentle cycle using cold water or water below 86°F (30°C). Use a mild detergent and wash separately from denim, rough fabrics and garments with hook-and-loop fastenings to help prevent snagging.

For hand washing, gently press the fabric in the water. Avoid vigorous rubbing, wringing and prolonged soaking. Do not use fabric softener, soap or strongly alkaline detergents.

Gently press out excess water or blot with a towel. Reshape and lay flat to dry in the shade, or hang in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight.

Air drying is preferred. If tumble drying, use low heat and follow the garment’s care label.

Standard shipping is free on orders of US$100 or more; orders below US$100 have a flat US$8 shipping fee. Local-currency equivalents and available destinations are shown at checkout.

Orders are currently dispatched from China. Most standard products are dispatched within 2 business days after payment. For customized or made-to-order products, please contact us before ordering. Production and dispatch times are confirmed individually with you.

Estimated transit time is 7–9 business days after dispatch, separate from processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Returns & Refunds

For eligible non-personalized goods, notify us at support@nekoan.com within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered, then send the goods back within 14 days after notice. Contact us for the correct return address before posting; do not use the dispatch address.

For change-of-mind returns or a size selected incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays the actual direct return postage. We do not charge a fixed return-postage fee or a restocking fee. Necessary return or replacement shipping costs for a confirmed defect or our error are covered by us.

Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Being handmade or produced after an order is placed does not automatically make a standard item non-returnable. Rights for damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected.

What is the vest made of?
It is made from 92% lyocell and 8% spandex. Lyocell gives the fabric a smooth, soft feel, while spandex adds stretch.

Is this a warm winter vest?
This is a thin, lightweight vest rather than a fleece or padded winter garment. It is suited to mild weather, indoor wear and layering when additional coverage is needed.

Does the fabric stretch?
Yes. The fabric has generous stretch for comfortable movement. Still, choose the correct size rather than using stretch to compensate for a garment that is too small or too short.

Is it suitable for Dachshunds?
The cut accommodates longer bodies, making it an option for Dachshunds and similarly proportioned small dogs. Check the chest, neck and back-length measurements before ordering.

Which other breeds may it fit?

How do I choose the right size?
Measure the neck, the widest part of the chest just behind the front legs, and the back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Compare all three with the size chart. Check both chest comfort and back length.

Can I machine wash it?
Yes. Place it in a laundry bag and use a gentle cycle with cold water or water below 86°F (30°C). Wash separately from rough fabrics and hook-and-loop fastenings.

How should I dry it?
