PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Bring your cat along for everyday outings in a light, colourblock carrier tote. A large mesh window provides airflow and visibility, while the adjustable side head opening lets your companion peek out beside you.

Close Company on Walks & Shopping Trips

Carry the tote by hand or over one shoulder for neighbourhood outings and visits to pet-friendly shops. The side opening adjusts with a drawcord, making it easy to check on your companion and enjoy a little interaction while stationary.

Support for Short Journeys

A supportive composite fibre base board helps the lower compartment hold its shape. The bag weighs approximately 440 g before adding your cat or belongings, with a 600D nylon Oxford fabric body for everyday use. An internal attachment tether connects to a properly fitted harness.

Easy to Store Between Outings

The removable base allows the tote to fold down for storage. For grooming arrivals or veterinary appointments, check the destination’s carrier requirements before travelling. Introduce the bag gradually and begin with short, supervised sessions.

Check body size as well as weight. Your companion should be able to settle naturally without being compressed against the sides.

Adjust the side opening comfortably without tightening it against the neck. Connect the internal tether to a properly fitted harness, and check the base position, zip and fastenings before lifting.

Begin with short, supervised sessions to assess fit and carrying comfort.

Package Options

Carrier Only includes the tote in your selected colour. Accessory sets include the tote plus the accessory named in the selected option: LED Nail Clipper, Pigeon Gray Cat Harness and Leash Set, or Leakproof Mat. Accessories are included only with the corresponding set.

MATERIAL & CARE

Materials

600D nylon Oxford fabric with a nylon mesh window and a removable composite fibre base board.

Care

Wipe the base clean with a soft, damp cloth.

For everyday marks on the fabric, use a soft cloth or brush. Gently hand wash the fabric when needed, keeping the base board out of the wash. Wash dark and light colours separately.

Do not machine wash, bleach, iron or dry clean. Air dry in a shaded, well-ventilated place, away from prolonged direct sunlight and hot air.

Keep the mesh away from sharp objects and claws that may snag or tear it. Allow all cleaned parts to dry fully before use or storage.

Standard shipping is free on orders of US$100 or more; orders below US$100 have a flat US$8 shipping fee. Local-currency equivalents and available destinations are shown at checkout.

Orders are currently dispatched from China. Most standard products are dispatched within 2 business days after payment. For customized or made-to-order products, please contact us before ordering. Production and dispatch times are confirmed individually with you.

Estimated transit time is 7–9 business days after dispatch, separate from processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

For eligible EU and US orders, applicable VAT, import duties and customs clearance charges are included. Additional charges may apply for other destinations. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns & Refunds

For eligible non-personalized goods, notify us at support@nekoan.com within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered, then send the goods back within 14 days after notice. Contact us for the correct return address before posting; do not use the dispatch address.

For change-of-mind returns or a size selected incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays the actual direct return postage. We do not charge a fixed return-postage fee or a restocking fee. Necessary return or replacement shipping costs for a confirmed defect or our error are covered by us.

Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Being handmade or produced after an order is placed does not automatically make a standard item non-returnable. Rights for damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected.

Where can my cat peek out?

The tote has a drawcord-adjustable head opening at the side. Adjust it comfortably around your cat’s neck and use it under supervision.

What is the front mesh window for?

The mesh window provides airflow and lets your companion look out while you can check on them.

Does the bag have a supportive base?

Yes. The removable composite fibre base board supports the lower compartment. Take it out before folding the bag for storage.
