Recommended for cats weighing up to 7 kg, subject to a comfortable individual fit. Bag depth: 50 cm. Total bag body length: 76 cm. These measurements describe a soft sling rather than a rigid rectangular enclosure.

Weight is a guide rather than a guarantee of fit. Consider your companion’s body size, resting position and available space, together with your own carrying comfort. Small dogs may also use the sling when they fit comfortably within the same weight guide.

Adjust the shoulder strap before use. Keep the zip opening comfortable around the neck and body, maintain clear airflow and connect the internal clip to a properly fitted harness.

Begin with short, supervised sessions. Choose cooler times for summer outings and shorten carrying periods in high temperatures.

Nylon panels with soft, breathable 3D honeycomb air mesh. Adjustable nylon shoulder strap. Flexible, cradle-style body.

Care

For light marks, wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Gently clean soiled areas with a soft brush or cloth and a small amount of mild, neutral detergent, then wipe away the residue with clean water.

Hand wash gently when a fuller clean is needed. Do not machine wash, bleach, iron, dry clean, spin dry or tumble dry.

Air dry completely in a shaded, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight. Remove loose cat or dog hair with a lint roller or damp cloth.

Standard shipping is free on orders of US$100 or more; orders below US$100 have a flat US$8 shipping fee. Local-currency equivalents and available destinations are shown at checkout.

Orders are currently dispatched from China. Most standard products are dispatched within 2 business days after payment. For customized or made-to-order products, please contact us before ordering. Production and dispatch times are confirmed individually with you.

Estimated transit time is 7–9 business days after dispatch, separate from processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Returns & Refunds

For eligible non-personalized goods, notify us at support@nekoan.com within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered, then send the goods back within 14 days after notice. Contact us for the correct return address before posting; do not use the dispatch address.

For change-of-mind returns or a size selected incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays the actual direct return postage. We do not charge a fixed return-postage fee or a restocking fee. Necessary return or replacement shipping costs for a confirmed defect or our error are covered by us.

Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Being handmade or produced after an order is placed does not automatically make a standard item non-returnable. Rights for damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected.

How does the opening adjust?

The main opening adjusts with a zipper. An internal clip attaches to a properly fitted harness. Check the opening, strap and clip before each outing and supervise throughout use.

Can I machine wash it?

No. Spot clean or gently hand wash with mild, neutral detergent. Air dry in a shaded, well-ventilated place. Do not machine wash, bleach, iron, dry clean, spin dry or tumble dry.
