Its flexible 2-in-1 design can be shaped into a cozy enclosed nest for warmth and privacy, or opened into a spacious flat mat when your cat prefers to stretch out.

A smooth nylon outer shell helps reduce loose-hair adhesion and offers water resistance against light splashes, while high-resilience PP cotton creates soft, springy support inside.

With its roomy proportions and softly structured shape, it gives your cat the freedom to settle in however they feel most comfortable.

Orders are currently dispatched from China. Most standard products are dispatched within 2 business days after payment. For customized or made-to-order products, please contact us before ordering. Production and dispatch times are confirmed individually with you.

Estimated transit time is 7–9 business days after dispatch, separate from processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Returns & Refunds

For eligible non-personalized goods, notify us at support@nekoan.com within 14 days after delivery, then send the goods back within 14 days after notice. Contact us for the correct return address before posting; do not use the dispatch address.

For change-of-mind returns or a size selected incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays the actual direct return postage. We do not charge a fixed return-postage fee or a restocking fee. Necessary return or replacement shipping costs for a confirmed defect or our error are covered by us.

Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Being handmade or produced after an order is placed does not automatically make a standard item non-returnable. Rights for damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected.

The bed measures approximately 60 × 60 × 50 cm. We recommend comparing these dimensions with your cat’s body length and usual sleeping position before ordering.

Is the bed waterproof?
The nylon surface is water-resistant and can help with light splashes when wiped promptly. The bed is not fully waterproof, as liquid may still enter through seams and openings.
