Every Nekoan Lightweight Cat Windbreaker Vest is carefully made by hand rather than produced as a completely uniform mass-market garment.

From cutting and assembly to edge finishing and final construction, each vest goes through a hands-on making process. This allows greater attention to the garment’s shape, comfort and finishing details while giving every piece its own subtle handcrafted character.

The lightweight woven fabric has a smooth, skin-friendly feel and creates a comfortable additional layer without the bulk of a heavily padded coat. The sleeveless construction leaves the shoulders and front legs unrestricted, allowing your cat to walk, sit, stretch and explore naturally.

Contrast side panels follow the shape of the body, while carefully finished edge binding creates a neat and comfortable fit around the leg openings and lower hem.

A full-length front zipper makes the vest easier to put on and remove. The raised collar provides additional coverage around the neck and includes an adjustable drawstring toggle for gentle fit adjustment.

Because every cat has different proportions, we also offer the possibility of adjusting selected measurements according to your cat’s actual body shape.

5. Wait for written confirmation before placing your order.
6. Place the order using the size or instructions confirmed by our team.
7. Production begins according to the confirmed information.

Important:

• Do not assume that an order note alone confirms a custom adjustment.
• Customisation must be confirmed by our customer service team before ordering.
• Available adjustments depend on the garment pattern and your cat’s measurements.
• Some proportions may not be technically suitable for this design.
• Measurements cannot normally be changed after handmade production has begun.
• Please check all submitted measurements carefully.
• A tolerance of approximately 1–2 cm may occur due to manual measuring and handmade production.

STANDARD SIZE OR CUSTOM ADJUSTMENT?

Choose a standard size if your cat’s neck, chest, waist and back measurements closely match one row of the size chart.

Weight and age are only general references. Cats of the same weight may have completely different chest widths, back lengths and body proportions.

The chest measurement should be your primary reference.

If the standard size chart does not correspond closely with your cat’s measurements, contact us before ordering to discuss a possible handmade adjustment.

For adjusted orders, please do not estimate the measurements or add additional room yourself unless instructed by our team.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This product is handmade pet apparel. It is not a walking harness, restraint, flotation device or medical product.

Do not attach a leash to the zipper, collar, drawstring, toggle or any part of the vest.

For outdoor walking, use a properly fitted cat harness underneath or separately.

The lightweight woven material may provide basic coverage against cool breezes and minor splashes. It is not completely waterproof and is not suitable for prolonged heavy rain.

Always supervise your cat while wearing the vest.
