The NEKOAN Forma Front Dog Carrier brings hands-free carrying to neighbourhood walks, errands and everyday travel with a small dog. Its contoured front-facing design, separate leg openings and padded upper section help position your companion close to your body and within view.

A mesh back panel promotes airflow, while adjustable shoulder straps allow you to refine the fit. Medium and Large sizes also include a waist buckle for added stability and weight distribution. Check both your dog’s weight and back length before selecting a size, and introduce the carrier gradually.

HOW TO USE
1. Open the carrier and loosen the straps.
2. Gently guide your dog’s legs through the corresponding openings.
3. Position the padded upper support comfortably around the chest and neck.
4. Fasten all buckles and adjust the shoulder straps until the carrier sits close to your body.
5. On M and L, fasten and adjust the waist buckle.
6. Check that your dog can breathe and move comfortably before walking.

USE & SAFETY
Check all buckles and straps before use. Never leave your dog unattended in the carrier. Avoid restricting the neck or chest, and introduce the carrier gradually before longer outings.

Orders are currently dispatched from China. Most standard products are dispatched within 2 business days after payment. For customized or made-to-order products, please contact us before ordering. Production and dispatch times are confirmed individually with you.

Estimated transit time is 7–9 business days after dispatch, separate from processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Returns & Refunds

For eligible non-personalized goods, notify us at support@nekoan.com within 14 days after delivery, then send the goods back within 14 days after notice. Contact us for the correct return address before posting; do not use the dispatch address.

For change-of-mind returns or a size selected incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays the actual direct return postage. We do not charge a fixed return-postage fee or a restocking fee. Necessary return or replacement shipping costs for a confirmed defect or our error are covered by us.

Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Being handmade or produced after an order is placed does not automatically make a standard item non-returnable. Rights for damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected.

FAQ

How do I choose a size?
Check your dog’s weight and back length against the size guide. Body shape matters too; weight alone does not determine fit. The supplied guide recommends choosing the larger size if your dog is between sizes.

Do all sizes include a waist buckle?
No. Medium and Large include an additional waist buckle. Small does not.

Is the carrier adjustable?
Yes. Adjust the shoulder straps so the carrier sits close to your body. M and L also have an adjustable waist buckle.

How should I introduce it to my dog?
Start gradually and check that the upper section and leg openings allow comfortable breathing and movement before longer outings.

Can I use it as a car restraint?
No. It is a walking and everyday travel carrier, not a vehicle safety restraint.
