Size & Fit
Please measure your cat’s neck, chest, waist and back length before ordering. Compare those measurements with the garment size chart and leave comfortable room for movement. Weight and age are secondary guides because cats of the same weight can have different body shapes.

If your cat is between sizes, choose the larger size. Measurements may vary by approximately 1–2 cm due to cutting and sewing.

HOW TO MEASURE

Neck: Measure around the base of the neck.
Chest: Measure around the fullest part, behind the front legs.
Waist: Measure around the belly where the shirt will sit.
Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck towards the base of the tail.

• Wash gently in cold water with a mild detergent.
• Wash with similar colours.
• Do not bleach.
• Reshape while damp and air dry.
• Do not tumble dry.

FIT & SAFETY NOTE

Introduce clothing gradually and supervise your cat during the first few wears. Check that the neck and sleeves are comfortable and that your cat can walk, sit, stretch and rest naturally. Remove the shirt if it causes rubbing or discomfort.

Standard shipping is free on orders of US$100 or more; orders below US$100 have a flat US$12 shipping fee. Local-currency equivalents and available destinations are shown at checkout.

Orders are currently dispatched from China. Most standard products are dispatched within 2 business days after payment. For customized or made-to-order products, please contact us before ordering. Production and dispatch times are confirmed individually with you.

Estimated transit time is 7–9 business days after dispatch, separate from processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Returns & Refunds

For eligible non-personalized goods, notify us at support@nekoan.com within 14 days after delivery, then send the goods back within 14 days after notice. Contact us for the correct return address before posting; do not use the dispatch address.

For change-of-mind returns or a size selected incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays the actual direct return postage. We do not charge a fixed return-postage fee or a restocking fee. Necessary return or replacement shipping costs for a confirmed defect or our error are covered by us.

Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Being handmade or produced after an order is placed does not automatically make a standard item non-returnable. Rights for damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected.

Does it stretch?

Is it suitable for Sphynx cats?
It can be a comfortable clothing option for Sphynx and other hairless cats that enjoy wearing clothes. Choose a size using your cat’s measurements and check the fit regularly.

Is it suitable for Devon Rex and Cornish Rex cats?
Yes, provided the measurements and fit suit your individual cat.

Is this a winter coat?
No. It is a cotton everyday layer, mainly suited to indoor wear or light layering. It is not a weatherproof outdoor coat.

What if my cat is between sizes?
Choose the larger size to allow more comfortable movement, especially around the neck and chest.

Can my cat wear it unsupervised?
