The NEKOAN Cashmere & Mulberry Silk Pet Warmth Vest offers cats and dogs a soft extra layer without the bulk of a heavily padded coat. Its blended fabric has a brushed, fleece-like surface and a flexible feel.

A tall folded collar adds neck coverage, while the sleeveless shape leaves the front legs free to move. Finished binding around the collar, armholes and hem gives the vest a neat shape.

Please measure your pet before ordering. Weight is provided only as a general reference because pets of the same weight may have very different body shapes.

Chest measurement is the most important reference. Measure around the widest part of the chest, directly behind the front legs.

If your pet is between sizes, has a broad chest, thick coat or longer body, we recommend choosing the larger size.

Please allow a 1–3 cm difference due to manual measurement.

Chest
Measure around the widest part of the chest, directly behind the front legs.

Back Length
Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail while your pet is standing naturally.

Neck
Measure around the base of the neck where the folded collar will sit.

For comfortable movement, allow enough room to place approximately two fingers between the garment and your pet’s body.

HOW TO WEAR

Gently roll or fold down the high collar.
Guide your pet’s head through the neck opening.
Place each front leg through the corresponding armhole.
Smooth the fabric along the chest and back.
Adjust the collar so it rests comfortably without pressing the neck.
Confirm that your pet can walk, sit and lie down naturally.

FIT CHECK

The vest should sit close enough to retain warmth but should never feel tight.

Check that:

• The collar does not restrict breathing
• The armholes do not rub the front legs
• The chest area allows normal movement
• The lower hem does not press against the abdomen
• One or two fingers can fit comfortably between the fabric and the body

Orders are currently dispatched from China. Most standard products are dispatched within 2 business days after payment. For customized or made-to-order products, please contact us before ordering. Production and dispatch times are confirmed individually with you.

Returns & Refunds

For eligible non-personalized goods, notify us at support@nekoan.com within 14 days after delivery, then send the goods back within 14 days after notice. Contact us for the correct return address before posting; do not use the dispatch address.

For change-of-mind returns or a size selected incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays the actual direct return postage. We do not charge a fixed return-postage fee or a restocking fee. Necessary return or replacement shipping costs for a confirmed defect or our error are covered by us.

Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalized may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Being handmade or produced after an order is placed does not automatically make a standard item non-returnable. Rights for damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected.
